Crowne Gold had some problems with IRS (USA) some months ago and they were trying to resolve this problem, meanwhile you can read some posts about it (from AlansMoneyBlog):

Crowne will make its best efforts to respond within 48 hours to every accounts initial message.

And as you know FinanzasForex send the funds to this company and now I read that Crowne Gold is in a process against FinanzasForex:
