It’s not easy to write this email and be the bearer of bad news. With much regret I have to announce the demise of our club and I’m sure many of you have been expecting this news in the face of what has been happening in the high-yield investment world.

With most of you following the industry there is not much I need to do by way of explanation as to the reasons behind the closure of our club. As of the end of May all the investment programs where we had funds have either gone away or have announced a total shutdown of their operations. The last of our meager funds were parceled out in the most equitable manner to the few investors who requested redemptions in the last few weeks.

Thank you all for your support in the past and I wish you good tidings.

There a lot of programs to encrypt your files, folders or devices (pen drives, hard disks, etc).

I recommend you a free open source software, it works with your Windows XP/Vista/200/2003 and Linux operative system: truecrypt

It´s very easy to use, and for example you can create a file with 700/800 MB or 4,7 GB of capacity and then save this file in your cd/dvd recorder, or you can create a file with the capacity of your choice to save it in your usb pen drive. You can even encrypt your hard disk/pen drive entirely: your information will always be encrypted and safe.

You only need to have this program installed. Once created this encrypted file you only need to load it with truecrypt, type your password, click on “mount” and a new folder will be created in “My PC” to read or storage your information. When you finish click on “dismount” and this folder will dissapear from “My PC”. Nobody will know what kind of file you have in your computer, only the choosen name of this file.

After much deliberation we have decided to start the next round. However, as much as we would like to refund all those who lost in the previous round, it is a mammoth and daunting task to come up with that much of money for everyone to be appeased. It would put us in a hole if we start off with a deficit which is why all accounts would be zeroed out. 1. Effective May 25th we had to temporarily suspend all e-gold out exchanges. We expect to resume normal operations with e-gold soon. E-gold’s “in-house” exchanger, OMNIPay, has closed the office, at this stage until June 18th, due to change of bank accounts. As a market maker we rely heavily on OMNIpay to redeem any extra e-gold. Since OMNIpay is temporarily unable to provide the service, we also were forced to suspend e-gold out exchanges. We do hope that everything will be aback to normal very soon.

2. As we have announced in our last Newsletter, there is a good News for our customers based in Australia. New ATM cards have arrived! We have secured the issued of local ATM cards denominated in AUD. (We are still expecting the replacement of sovereign debit cards, however, this is a separate issue and it is available now).

We received many questions in the last few days on whether or not these cards can be funded by e-currencies. The answer is YES. You can fund them by e-bullion, pecunix, Webmoney and Technocash via our site. Plus the issuer provides additional direct funding options via bank, post office and so on.

For those who may wish to purchase a new card - in could be ordered directly from the issuer at www.aussiedebitcard.com.  With our help you can convert funds in your electronic accounts ( e-bullion and others) into cash. These cards are accepted at any ATM displaying Cirrus or Maestro logos.  If you had previously purchased the Sovereign ATM card from us, you are eligible for a discount when ordering these new cards.

The following features apply to these cards:

•           based on Cirrus/Maestro network, can be used at any ATM worldwide, which displays Cirrus or Maestro logos.
•           Can be used to withdraw cash as well as for purchases at shops, service stations, restaurants and other places where Cirrus/Maestro cards are accepted.
•           Cardholder’s name does not appear on the card. One person can order a few cards.
•           The cards do not have expiry date.
•           funds kept in the account in AUD.

IMPORTANT NOTICE for former Sovereign cards holders: the bank has sent out the checks for the remaining balances on the cards. Some of our cardholders have received the check already. You can deposit your “sovereign” closing balance check to your Aussie debit card (discribed above). To do that please contact us for instructions.

In addition to this, we expect to have new Euro denominated debit cards in stock sometime next month.

3. The affiliate commissions for May 2007 have been paid and the Affiliate system has been updated to reflect May valid and invalid orders.
For those who are new to our services, you may join the Affiliate program for free and receive a minimum of 0.5% commission for referring new customers to us to buy e-currencies. Commission is also paid when you buy e-currencies yourself using your affiliate link. Great if you are a merchant and accept payments in e-gold: by putting your affiliate link on your site you can direct your customers to buy e-gold from us and not only receive e-gold as payment for your own goods and services, but earn the commission from us as well. Note: the commission is only paid for successful orders to purchase e-currencies. No commission is paid for selling e-gold or exchanging between different e-currencies.
