How long does it take to receive my e-gold®, e-bullion® fundable debit card?
Typically your card will ship one business day of from the day of order. Card shipping services will deliver your card typically within one week in the United States. Other countries may take longer.

How long does it take to fund my e-gold®, e-bullion® fundable debit card?
It takes 24 hours to turn your gold into cash using the Federal Reserve. Federal Reserve business hours are Monday thru Friday. Major holidays excluded.

Can I use my Digital Gold Card to make online purchases?
No. The Digital Gold Card is strictly an ATM cash card.

Will the Digital Gold Card work at ALL ATM’s?
Yes. Our card works on all ATM cash machines where the STAR® and PLUS® networks are displayed. (VISA ATM,s)

Do I need to fax Digital Gold Card any copies of my ID?
No. Current law does NOT require you to email, fax, or scan your original ID. This could change at any time. You are however required to enter true and accurate information to receive your debit card.

Does Digital Gold Card report my transactions to anyone?
No. However, the card processor bank may be required at any time to supply this information to the regulatory.
