A3Union acquired by Caribbean Software LTD, Commonwealth of Dominica. We have finally finished the process of acquisition by a large offshore company, specializing in e-currency transaction system development & transaction processing solutions.

A3Union and A3Card brands have been sold for more than 9M, a quite fair deal for a new developing company. Our Customer Service and Investment services will be improved even more in technical area, more payments methods are to be accepted, more innovative solutions to be offered.

As some of the legal aspects are about to be updated due to offshore laws, we are glad to inform all investors that even more traditional ways to invest will be offered via various offshore tax-free mechanisms.
