Updated notice to cardholders from NYCCU:

We are very pleased to advise that the process of returning funds has commenced. Cheques for cardholders are being printed now and will be matched with the legitimate claims submitted to date and mailed starting this week.

This has been a long and difficult process for all, and we thank you for your patience and understanding. Please check https://secure.nyccu.com/card/card.php for periodical updates and remember that all card balance claims must be submitted by April 15, 2007.
